Robert and his crew were excellent! They outbid the two 5* companies we called and were exceedingly professional. They worked very hard and even put in a new circuit breaker because our’s was not working correctly- at their cost. My husband keeps saying they are “old style workers” meaning that they have solid values and work ethics and do not nickel and dime you. They installed a A/C unit we purchased from the internet and it was a pretty complicated job as we wanted cool air in our blazing hot garage and had not purchased all of the proper hoses etc. needed to complete the job. I would highly recommend them and will use them every time for any of our A/C needs.

Review: We recently moved to Las Vegas and one of the 3 large AC units did not work at our home. Not knowing who to call I utilized Home Advisor for a list of qualified companies. After receiving 4 other quotes I chose Robert from Robert’s AC. He was prompt and the only one that actually disassembled the unit to truly diagnose the issue, bad leaking coil. Others tried to up-sell me a new system or try to sell me on another brand of AC that did not match. Robert did none of those things and also was less $$$. Honesty and integrity goes along way when making decisions on home HVAC repair or service, this really shows that the independent company with a great team can be much better than the big guys! Robert is a nice, professional guy. He was always on time and easy to reach. He explained things and was transparent about his recommendations. We got a new outdoor AC unit because ours was from ’91. Instead of replacing our entire indoor unit he saved us money by just cleaning the coil and replacing the motor. The price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend him to everyone.

I have lived in Las Vegas for more than 20 years, and have had a wide range of experiences with AC companies. (mostly bad) I saw good reviews for Robert’s AC, and contacted them for a mini-split install at my home. Robert contacted me and we arranged a time for an estimate. It was very fair, and then scheduled the installation, which was done this morning. Feb 3, 2023. I was amazed by his attention to detail, knowledge, and experience, and only wish I had found his company many years ago. It would have saved me time, money, and frustration.  Testing and verification and cleanup were also spot-on. Thank you Robert’s AC for a great job.
